We are seeking an experienced, friendly and outgoing person who can work well in a team setting to join our Front Of House Team. The ideal candidate for this position will be comfortable working with a diverse range of people, take direction well and enjoy communicating with customers and other team members. The successful candidate will have previous experience in customer service, the ability to learn quickly and good cash handling skills.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver the best possible experience for our customers.
- Answer the phone in a timely manner.
- Maintain a welcoming and positive attitude when greeting customers.
- Organize and clean the front of house area to ensure it meets our standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
- Follow directives from management and support staff when they are handling a problem.
- Be proactive in asking staff if they need any assistance or supplies when they have a full table of customers.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 12-16 per week
Salary: Up to £10.52 per hour
