The Osborne Apartments, located at Hesketh Crescent is now recruiting for a Head Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping team.
Within the stunning crescent, we have 46 self catering apartments, from 1 bedroom apartments which sleep 4 to large 3 bedroom apartment sleeping 8 people.
As Head Housekeeper, you will be key member within our team.
Managing a large team of Team Leaders & Cleaners every Friday & Saturday, ensuring our Apartments are cleaned and signed off ready for Guests arriving.
To ensure our extremely high standards of cleanliness are maintained throughout our Apartments and communal areas.
Liaising with Support services for ordering inventory items required in the Apartment.
Ensuring any Maintenance issues are passed on to the Maintenance team and rectified.
Regular meetings with the General Manager to discuss Maintenance projects or area's which require work.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience within a similar role and have excellent communication skills, with the ability to plan and prioritise, organise, multitask, be flexible and adaptable. It is anticipated that 50% of this role will be working alongside your team, this is to ensure standards are being maintained for example, room checks. Therefore a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and the ability to work without constant supervision is essential.
Hours: 24-28 hours to suit per week (Most Sundays off)
