Job description
We are currently recruiting for a Kitchen Porter to join our Kitchen Brigade, on a Part Time or Casual, as a 365 day business you may be required to work evenings/weekends/bank holidays.

Summary of role:
To assist and enable other employees to consistently achieve a good product and high standards, thus ensuring a high level of cleanliness in the kitchen and plate wash areas as well as staff areas.
Main Responsibilities:
To following cleaning procedures in the kitchen, back area and canteen
To work within a team of Kitchen Porters on a rotation ensuring job are distributed fairly.
To assist with basic food preparation, to include vacuum packing and any other jobs required.
To complete all flow training within a timely manner.
To comply with the statutory requirements for fire, health and safety, licensing and employment law and to ensure that other team members are also aware of these requirements and are working in accordance to them.
To adhere to all regulations set out by the Vineyard Company manual and kitchen manual.
To abide by Health and Safety Regulations as required by Law.
